Access Statement for Oxdales Farm

Introduction

Oxdales Farm Cottage is situated at the southern end of the Peak District in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales.
The Cottage has two upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs Kitchen,Sitting room and Bathroom. The Bathroom is accessed up two steps.

 
We are sited very close to the Tissington trail making it an idael base for walkers or cyclists.

Pre-Arrival

• We have plenty of car parking space with a tarmaced & concreted yard with access within a couple of metres of the door.

Welcome Area

• There is a staircase with handrail leading to both Bedrooms rooms.
• Both bedrooms have a carpeted floor with both natural and electric lighting.
• The bathroom is situated on the ground floor but has 2 steps leading into it.
• The kitchen and sitting room are on the ground floor with level access.

• The sitting room has a carpeted floor with both natural & electric lighting.
• The kitchen has a tiled floor with both natural and electric lighting.
• The Bathroom has a tiled floor with both natural and electric lighting.

Garden

• The garden consists of a lawn with a summerhouse (two steps access) & a level patio area with table & chairs
